Welcome to
Athena Mentors CIC
At Athena Mentors, we provide therapeutic support and preventative education for women and girls, with a particular focus on understanding, recognising and addressing unhealthy, harmful or abusive intimate relationships, whilst supporting and empowering, to move forward.
Through our PETALS framework, we bring together psychological and therapeutic support, expression and creativity, togetherness, awareness and reflection, lived experience and cultural safety and inclusion.
Our approach recognises the importance of supporting the whole person, creating opportunities to explore healthy intimate relationships, nurture self-love, strengthen self-worth, understand personal boundaries, develop self-awareness and confidence and make informed choices, whilst supporting holistic wellbeing.
